Check-In / Check-Out

- Checkout before 10:00 AM
- Self check-in with lockbox

- 2 guests maximum
- Pets allowed
Additional Rules
- Registered guests only. No unapproved visitors or overnight guests.
- One parking space is available per room. Please park as close to your room as possible.
- If you're bringing a pet along, we’re so glad they get to join you! Please use the provided waste bags to clean up after them and dispose of bags in the outdoor trash receptacles.
- No smoking inside the room. Evidence of smoking may result in an additional cleaning fee.
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
- Lost or unreturned keys may result in a replacement fee.
- No parties, events, or excessive noise.

Additional Requests
- Please ensure refrigerator/freezer is empty.
Cancellation Policy
Guests who cancel 7–30 days before check-in get 50% back. After that, their trip is non-refundable.
Arrival & Parking Info
We’re located right in DeWitt and easy to find—just plug our address into your GPS and it will bring you straight to the property.
When you arrive, you’ll notice the layout is simple and convenient, designed so you can park just steps from your room.
A quick note on parking:
Each room includes one dedicated parking space, and we kindly ask that you park as close to your room as possible. This helps ensure every guest has easy access and keeps things running smoothly for everyone staying with us.
If you’re traveling with more than one vehicle, just let us know ahead of time.
Checkout Instructions
At checkout, please:
- Leave your key in your room
- Close and lock any windows that were opened during your stay
- Lock the door behind you as you leave (please ensure doors are latched)
- Empty any items from the refrigerator
- Double check for personal belongings, especially phone chargers and electronics plugged into outlets
Please note that lost or unreturned keys may result in a replacement charge.
